IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Zachary Alexander
Denham
October 5, 1980 – December 5, 2025
Zachary Alexander Denham, 45, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on December 5, 2025. Born on October 5, 1980, to Dan and Ethel Denham in Fayetteville, Zachary grew up surrounded by faith, family, and the music that would later shape his life. Known affectionately as "Guido" to his closest friends, Zachary was a generous, and devoted husband, father, and friend. A gifted percussionist, musician, and artist, he brought creativity and soul to everything he did. His craftsmanship across multiple trades reflected his love of building and creating with his own hands. He was also a brilliant storyteller, an avid outdoorsman, and a sports enthusiast with a huge love for the Arkansas Razorbacks and St. Louis Cardinals. Zach's contributions to the Northwest Arkansas music community will never be forgotten. An extraordinary drummer with a distinctive rhythm, he left behind sounds and memories that will continue to resonate with those who heard him and played music with him over the years. His passion for music, his energy on stage, and the joy he brought to every performance will live on in the hearts of family and friends forever. Equally at home in nature, Zachary cherished the outdoors. He found peace and happiness while canoeing and kayaking the local rivers or camping out with friends. If he wasn't on the river, Zachary, could usually be found grilling food, playing music, or calling the Hogs.
He is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
Zachary is survived by his beloved wife, Joanie Denham, and their children—Zion, Kaylee, and Liam—of Fayetteville, Arkansas. He also leaves behind his sister, Sarah Vance, and her children, Ian and Ella, of Raceland, Kentucky, as well as many extended family members, friends, and loved ones.
Above all, Zachary will be remembered for his steadfast faith, his passion for music, and his devotion to his family and friends. His legacy lives on in the rhythms he created, the adventures he embraced, the stories he told, and the lives forever touched by his presence.
