Wanda Louise Patton, 84, of Fort Smith, Arkansas, formerly of Springdale, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord February 17, 2023. She was born October 05, 1938 in Zion, Arkansas, the daughter of the late George and Ella Sims Collins. She was of the Pentecostal faith and she enjoyed gardening, her animals, crocheting and mostly spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by husband, Charles Patton; son, Tim Carnes and seven siblings.

Wanda is survived by her children, Larry Carnes and wife Julie of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Diana Anderson and husband Keith of Shawnee, Oklahoma, Paula Strite and husband Daniel of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Linda Wright and husband Joe of Springdale, Arkansas; twelve grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 A.M., Friday, February 24, 2023 in the chapel of Memorial Funeral Home with Paula Strite officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Springs Cemetery under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M, Thursday, February 23, 2023 at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Chad Moreton, Easton Klomphas, Erik Patton, Cody Perry, Darian Wright and Steven Tolton. Honorary pallbearer will be Paula Strite.
