Victory Ellen Skaggs Worley, 81 of Centerton, Arkansas returned to her heavenly home on March 12, 2024. Her devotion to her family and her firm belief in God supported her throughout her life giving her peace. Victory was born on July 4, 1942 to Homer and Laura Skaggs in Chester, Arkansas.  She was blessed with a large and loving family and was one of 10 siblings.

In 1957, Victory met and married Lawrence Worley. Victory and Lawrence went on to have three sons and two adopted daughters.  She possessed a true servant's heart, and faithfully cared for the family through her personal example, delicious cooking from scratch, sewing and crafting. Victory was a Christian woman who cherished her relationship with the Lord and her family.  In recent years, Victory spent her time sharing her Christian beliefs, reading and painting landscapes and nature.

Victory was preceded in death by her mother and father, her beloved husband Lawrence, her son Anthony Lawrence Worley, daughter-in- law Denise and grandson Dale Wayne Worley, brothers Kenneth Skaggs, Marvin Skaggs, Elmer Skaggs, Andrew Skaggs, Orval Skaggs, and sister Rose Sonbergh.  She is survived by sons, Rocky Worley and Patty, James Worley and PJ and daughters Rosetta Snow and Tony and Corrina Langley and John, brothers Homer Skaggs and Larry Skaggs and Judy and sister Eva Skaggs Fanning and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Services will be March 29, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at Memorial Funeral Home, 3926 Willowood Avenue, Springdale, Arkansas 72762.  Burial will be private.
