Travis Kelby Samples, age 38 of Lowell, Arkansas passed away on August 14, 2025. He was born June 7,1987 in Gravette, Arkansas. Travis was a talented tattoo artist and a skilled barber. Travis had love for his motorcycle, and he always embrace the freedom of the open road. Travis will be remembered as a lady's man; he was a man with confidence.  But most of all, Travis loved his daughters, and his family very much, he was always proud of how close his family is. He will be missed by those who knew him. Travis was preceded in death by his grandparents, Betty and Roy Samples; cousins, Serena Dunkin, Haley Fields; aunts Joyce, Dianna, and Velta.

Travis is survived by his mother, Kelley Grier of Florida; father, Steven Samples, of Lowell, Arkansas; daughters, Kylee Samples of Springdale, Arkansas, Hailey Guy of Springdale, Arkansas; mother of his children, Kerry Guy of Springdale, Arkansas; brothers, Tyler Samples of Springdale, Arkansas, Steven "Cody" Samples of Polk County, Florida, Scott Samples of Oklahoma, James Samples of Colorado; grandmother, Mary Turner Lackey; aunts and uncles, Pam Soto of Orlando, Florida, Roy and Pam Samples of Springdale, Arkansas, Tim and Kelley Samples of Centerton, Pam and Rick Rains of Garfield, Arkansas, Kathy and Jack Russell of Rogers, Arkansas, Cheryl and Gary of Washburn, Missouri, Johnnie, Ivan, Patricia Crawford, of Springdale, Arkansas; cousins, Bill and Corena Fields, of Springdale, Arkansas along with many other family, friends and loved ones.
