Schandra Selene Sherwood, 49, of Eureka Springs, Arkansas passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 14, 2025 at Circle of Life Hospice House in Bentonville, Arkansas. Schandra was born on November 12, 1975 in Grass Valley, California to Stephanie Novack and Tim Sherwood. Schandra was the most loving, caring and kind hearted person you would have ever met. She loved living in Eureka Springs because its beauty reminded her of her home town Grass Valley. Schandra loved to fish, go flea marketing, helping others, working on her property, and spending quality time with family. Her heart was the most beautiful part of her. She was a beautiful soul and will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Those left to cherish her memory include her life companion and wife, Alice Sherwood of Eureka Springs; mother, Stephanie Novack of Eureka Springs; children, Brandi Vinson of Houston, Texas, Nathan Herrera of Eureka Springs, Martin Austin of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Akasha Austin of Springdale, Arkansas,  Zack Austin of Fayetteville, Arkansas; two brothers, Josh Bryant of Esperance, Australia,  Anthony Eldridge of Jonesboro, Arkansas; two sisters, Annie Johnson of Michigan, Gayle Sarrels of Nacogdoches, Texas;  four grandsons who she loved very much who called her Cha Cha, Kolton Vinson of Houston, Texas, Noah Murphy, Carson Murphy and Sebastian Murphy all of Springdale, Arkansas. She also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, sister in laws, cousins, nephews and friends, who were like family, they love her very much and will miss her dearly.
