Richard Mueller of Johnson, Arkansas passed away on September 1, 2026. Born August 27, 1942 to Richard H Mueller and Mable Christine Mueller in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He Graduated from Fayetteville High School. Richard retired from Campbell Soup Company after 29 years of service. Also, he worked for Washington County as a deputy, under Bill Long, when he was sheriff. Richard’s most loved hobbies were watching football and basketball, going fishing, feeding his wild birds and squirrels, and taking care of his yard. Richard is preceded in death by both parents; twin brother, Paul Mueller; sister, Rosemary Mueller; niece, Paula Mueller; and nephew, J.W. Mueller.

Left to share his memories are his wife of 52 years, Betty ‘Ketchum’ Mueller; 4 stepsons, George Davidson of Missouri, John Davidson of Springdale, Kenneth Davidson of Greenland, Peter Davidson of Greenland; 3 stepdaughters, Susan Lovejoy of Natural Dam, Peggy Burkett of Rogers, Patricia Vanover of Greenland; numerous step grandchildren; and not the least, his little fur balls, which Richard adored, along with his canine, Charlie.
