Richard (Rick) Wayburn Elsie, Jr., 62, of Melbourne, Florida, passed away March 18, 2020 in Melbourne Florida.  He was born December 5, 1957, in Mt. Carmel, Illinois, the son of the late Richard Elsie, Sr. and Verda Norman Elsie.  He was a 33 ^rd Degree Mason, an aircraft engineer for Embaer Company, enjoyed riding motorcycles, traveling, watching movies, spending time with his family and drinking Coors Light.

Mr. Elsie is survived by one son, Richard Elsie, III and Rachel, of Dallas, Texas; two daughters: Kathryn Elsie of Rogers, Arkansas and Lauren Elsie and Duaine of Springdale, Arkansas; one sister, Leah Elsie of Evansville, Indiana; and six grandchildren: Gabriel, William, Tyler, Stella, Reagan, and Jonathan.

A Memorial Service will be Saturday, June 20, 2020, at 1:00 P.M. at Memorial Funeral Home 3926 Willowood Avenue, Springdale, Arkansas 72762 with Gregg Stutts officiating.   Mr. Elsie was entombed at Fairview Memorial Gardens, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
