Phillip Dennis Allen, 70, of Springdale, Arkansas passed away July 08, 2019 in Springdale. He was born November 15, 1948 in Springdale, the son of the late Dean and Lenore Hicken Allen. Phillip had served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War and was a brick mason. He was preceded in death by his brother, Benny Allen; sisters, Renalda Herbert and Linda Hild and a granddaughter, Brittney Allen.

He is survived by Jan Allen Judy of Elkins, Arkansas; sons, Samuel Allen and Matthew Allen of Elkins, Arkansas; daughter Sarah Bottomsand husband Dab of Elkins, Arkansas; brother, Leon Allen of Springdale, Arkansas; sisters, Connie Marshal and husband Mike of Oklahoma and Kathleen Ginotti and husband Carl of Connecticut; grandchildren, Alexandra, Meghan, Josh and his wife Ellora, Timothy, Nicholas and Tristan; great grandchild, Willow and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service/visitation will be Saturday, July 13, 2019 from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. in the chapel of Memorial Funeral Home, 3926 Willowood Avenue Springdale, Arkansas 72762. Cremation arrangement were under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home.
