Patricia "Pat" Joyce Hutter, 90-year-old resident of Springdale, Arkansas, passed away on January 1, 2025. She was born in Springdale, Arkansas on May 7, 1934, to the late Thurman and Mary Parsons. Pat's love for horses and her involvement with the Rodeo of the Ozarks were defining features of her life. It was there she met her husband, Joseph Hutter Jr., and the two were married on December 9, 1955.Pat's family was her pride and joy. She devoted her life to caring for them, filling their lives with warmth and love through her incredible cooking. Her silver dollar pancakes, fried chicken, and homemade strawberry jam remain cherished memories. Birthdays and celebrations were always made special by her beautifully baked and decorated cakes. If you knew Pat, you knew her favorite color was red, she enjoyed a cold Dr. Pepper, and she held a deep love for Jesus. Pat was preceded in death by her father, Thurman "Shorty" Parsons; mother, Mary Inez 'Sisco' Parsons; husband, Joseph Hutter Jr; son, Mike Hutter; sister-in-law, Alma Parsons; and brother-in-law Sam Lazenby.

She is survived by her daughter, Melinda Hutter-Yates and her husband, Dwayne, of Pea Ridge, Arkansas; grandchildren, Jeremy Hutter, Kim Hutter Mason; great-grandchildren, Braydon Hutter, Makayla Hutter, Dayton Sieber, Dylan Sieber, Desirae Sieber; brothers, Glenn Parsons, Harold Parsons and his wife, Delores; sister Brenda Lazenby; numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
