Pamela Kay Phillips, 63 of Springdale, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on October 7, 2018. She was born August 20, 1955, in Dallas, Texas, the daughter of Charles Berry and Ruth Newmeyer Garrett. She was a Member of Spring Creek Fellowship Church and had worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse for P.R.N.

She is survived by her husband, Ren Phillips, of the home; her mother, Ruth Garrett of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; two sons: Payton Phillips and wife Cheryl and Deven Phillips all of Springdale, Arkansas; one brother, Dennis Garrett of Oklahoma; one sister, Charlene Key of Oklahoma; and five grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, October 10, 2018, at 1:30 P.M. at Spring Creek Fellowship Church, 2120 West Emma, Springdale, Arkansas 7272 with Pastor Rick Grace officiating. Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home, 3926 Willowood Avenue, Springdale, Arkansas 72762. No visitation is scheduled.
