Nellie "Nadine" Cox, 86, of Russellville, Arkansas went to be with the Lord February 7, 2021. She was born August 3, 1934 in Rocky, Oklahoma, the daughter of the late Thurman Henry and Ovie Frances Rogers Cox. Nadine was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed gardening, piecing quilts, playing Farkle and working find-a-word puzzles, but most of all she loved spending time with her family. Nadine was preceded in death by her parents, her husband James Henry Hamilton; brothers, Wayne and James and her sisters, Mary Lou and Virginia.

She is survived by her daughters, Sharon Simmons and husband Wes of St. Peter, Illinois, Brenda Graumenz of St. Peter, Illinois, Michelle Croy and husband Chuck of Pottsville, Arkansas; brothers, John Cox of Clay City, Illinois, Delbert Cox of Hindsville, Arkansas, Vernon Cox and wife Ruth of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; sisters, Marie Dennis and husband Ralph of Flora, Illinois  Erma Keele and husband Jack of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Darrin, Shawna, Justin, Tanner, Alyssa and great grandchildren, Emberleigh, Lincoln and Hadley.

Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M., Friday, February 12, 2021 in the chapel of Memorial Funeral Home, 3926 Willowood Avenue, Springdale, Arkansas 72762 with Brother James Spears officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, February 11, 2021 from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
