Neil Ralph Richman, 85 of Hindsville, AR died Thursday, April 19, 2018 in Springdale. He was born December 2, 1932 in Dubuque, Iowa the son of LeRoy Richman and Clara Kintzle Richman. Being born alongside the Mississippi River, he lived and loved the water. He was employed by Eska Company, a company that made outboard motors, for several years before coming the plant supervisor.

Survivors include his children; Russell Richman of Lowell, Steven Richman (Charlene) of St. Johns, South Carolina, Barbara Gates (Wyatt) of Montana, Lisa Loomis (Michael) of Dubuque, Iowa; brother, Jim Richman of Sherrill, Iowa.

Memorial Funeral Home of Springdale, Arkansas is handling the funeral arrangements.
