Mia Worthy tragically passed away Monday, May 30, 2022 at the age of 20. She was born October 31, 2001 and lived in the Fayetteville and Elkins area most of her life.  She had recently taken some time to experience life in California but found that her home was close to her family in Arkansas. Mia had a fondness of sunflowers, music and, of course, Halloween. She was flamboyant, challenging and impulsive at times, but underneath it all she had a heart of gold.  Throughout her young years, Mia tried hard to find happiness and her true path in life. Her fighting spirit, fierce love and tender concern for those around her will dearly be missed.

She is preceded in death by her beloved grandmother, Leona "Jean" Worthy.

Mia is survived by her father, Michael Worthy, adoptive mother, Cindy Worthy, and sister, Zoe Worthy.
