Martha "Marti" Diane Kaufman, 55 of Springdale, went to be with the Lord November 30, 2016. She was born December 5, 1960 in Ft. Smith Arkansas, the daughter of Sonnie Cleo and Dortha Jeanne VanMeter Edwards. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Fayetteville and had worked as an Insurance Agent for United Health Care. She was a previous Ms. Arkansas Valley and Ms. Westark. She loved laying in the sun and hanging out by the pool and loved being a mother and grandmother.

She is survived by Michael Kaufman; one daughter: Kristin Jeanne Kaufman of Springdale. Brother, Mike Edwards of Sacramento, California and granddaughter, Rhiannon Jeanne Kaufman.

Visitation will be held in the Chapel of Memorial Funeral Home, 3926 Willowood Ave. Springdale, Arkansas 72762 on Sunday, December 4, 2016 from 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. Funeral Services will be at 10:00 A.M. Monday, December 5, 2016 at the First Baptist Church in Fayetteville with Dr. Douglas Falknor officiating. Burial will follow at 1:30 P.M. at the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Charleston, Arkansas under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home.
