Margret Ruth Cantrell, 85, of Springdale, Arkansas went to be with the Lord December 14, 2024. She was born November 08, 1939 in Marble City, Oklahoma to the late Henry and Ethel Spyres Ketcher. Margret was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church in Cave Springs. She enjoyed sewing, cooking and being a wife and mother. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.

She is survived by her husband, Alvis Cantrell of the home, to whom she was married for over 62 years; her son, Rick Cantrell and his wife Roxann of Vilonia, Arkansas; her daughter, Angela Cantrell of Fort Worth, Texas; her sister, Johnnie Hagan of Shawnee, Oklahoma; her grandson, Connor Marsh and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 in the chapel of Memorial Funeral Home with Pastor Johnny Harp officiating. Burial will follow at the National Cemetery in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at the funeral home.
