Lucille Madgelene (Madge) Henderson, age 92, of Springdale, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord July 23, 2020 at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale.  She was born August 2, 1927 in Francis, Oklahoma, the daughter of the late Mancy and Minnie Akins Green.  She retired from Standard Register Company and was a homemaker before and after her retirement.  Madge enjoyed going to the lake with her husband, Roy, and their many dogs in their RV.  She coached her son's little league team, loved the Razorbacks and baseball, especially the Atlanta Braves.    She was a wonderful mother and a great cook.  She is preceded in death by Roy Henderson, her husband of 67 years, brother, Doyle Green, and sister, Mildred Nickerson.

She is survived by one son, Rick Henderson and his wife, Nancy, of Little Rock, Arkansas and her beloved dog, Sophie.

Madge was buried July 28, 2020 in Fayetteville National Cemetery with her husband under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home, 3926 Willowood Avenue, Springdale, Arkansas 72762.  Due to Covid-19, there was not a public service at this time.  Memorials may be made to Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road, Springdale, Arkansas 72762.
