Kenneth Eugene Hawkins, age 71, of Elkins, Arkansas, passed away January 24, 2016 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born June 5, 1944 in Springdale, Arkansas to the late Henry and Dolly Baughman Hawkins.

Kenneth was retired from Freightliner where he worked as a diesel mechanic. His favorite times were spent with his family and grandchildren. He loved riding his motorcycle, hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife of fifty years, Genet Hawkins of the home; daughter, Tina Marie Bowlin (Tony Allen, Sr.); son, Willie Eugene Hawkins, all of Elkins, brothers; Henry (Curly) Hawkins, Bobby Hawkins, Troy Hawkins and Dale Hawkins, all of Springdale; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his step-mother, Hazel Hawkins.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Friday, January 29, 2016, at Memorial Funeral Home.
