Judith Brookings McDade, age 79, died March 5, 2020 in Fayetteville, Arkansas.  She was born to Harold Ray and Geraldine Dickson Brookings on December 22, 1940.  She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Jo Ann Brookings Chancellor and Haroldine Brookings Wright.  Judy loved flowers and was a long-time employee of Tipton and Hurst Florists in Little Rock until her retirement in 2009.  She then moved to Fayetteville to be closer to family.

She is survived by son, Michael Marlin, Pocahantas, and daughter, Courtney Brookings McDade Chaney and husband, Bo, Fayetteville.  Judy is also survived by four grandchildren, Brandon Marlin and wife, Marissa of Conway, Colin Marlin of State College, Pennsylvania, Mac Chaney and Evie Chaney, Fayetteville.  She is survived also by a great grandchild, Julian Marlin, of Conway.  Also surviving are four sisters, Kathy (Donny) Hannum, Crossett, Barbie (Buddy) Wells, Hot Springs, Janie Barnes, Austin, Texas, and Carol (Tommy) Fair, Dallas, Texas.

A memorial service will be at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 224 N East Ave, Fayetteville on Friday, March 13 at 1:00 PM.
