Joyce Ellen McGuire passed away June 13, 2026 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. She was born January 26, 1953 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Gina ‘Cramer’ and John McGuire. Joyce was always a caregiver, even from a young age. Growing up, Joyce was the oldest of 14 children. She took on many of the responsibilities of raising all of her siblings, and was the Matriarch of the family. Joyce continued this role into her adulthood, having six children of her own. She was always there for everyone and she was so proud of her children, grandkids, and great-grandchildren. Joyce was also proud of her Irish Heritage, hailing from the city of Cork. Joyce was always a caregiver, working as a CNA at Batesville Nursing and Rehab. In her free time, Joyce enjoyed Fishing and spending time outdoors. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Joey McGuire, Jeff McGuire, Wally McGuire, and Allen McGuire.

Joyce is survived by her children, Sean Mayer, Kenny Boone, Cissy McGuire, Joe McGuire, Jimmy Barnett, and Shane Barnett and his wife, Liz; her siblings, Johnny McGuire, Jeani McGuire, Jimmy McGuire, Mike McGuire, Missy McGuire, Holly McGuire, Billy McGuire, Tony McGuire, Tommy McGuire; and all her loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
