Joy Ruth Bartlett, 79, of Springdale, Arkansas, passed away October 7, 2020, in Springdale.  She was born August 24, 1941, in San Juan, New Mexico, the daughter of the late Paul and Ruth Riley Smith.  She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family.  She is preceded by two brothers, Richard Smith and Jack Smith; a daughter, Sandra Kay Bartlett and a brother-in-law, Ray Bartlett.

She is survived by her husband, Clarence Damon Bartlett, of the home; two sons: Damon Bartlett and his wife, Teresa and Rodney Bartlett and his wife, Anna, all of Oklahoma; one brother, Clark Smith and his wife, Carolyn; and fourteen grandchildren.

Graveside service will be Monday, October 12, 2020, at 2:00 P.M. at Cave Springs Cemetery under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home, 3926 Willowood Avenue, Springdale, Arkansas 72762.  Visitation will be Monday, October 12, 2020 from 12:00 P.M. until 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
