Jerry Lee Troutt, 73, of Rogers, Arkansas, passed away July 4, 2021 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born August 14, 1947, in Lincoln, Arkansas, the son of the late Therril and Ina Smith Troutt. He was a retired truck driver and had served in the United States Army. He enjoyed driving trucks and spending time with his family and friends. In addition to his parents, he is preceded by a grandchild, Bo Garrett Reed and a sister, Donna Williams.
Mr. Troutt is survived by his wife, Janet Troutt, of the home; one son, Jerry Lee Troutt, Jr. and his wife, Veronica, of El Paso, Texas; two daughters: Jennifer Deverax and her husband, Jimmie, of Corinth, Texas and Jaah Reeves of Springdale, Arkansas; one step-daughter, Amy Walters and her husband, Dorman, of Chickasha, Oklahoma; one step-son, Derrickco Newton of Alex, of Oklahoma; one sister, Peggy Moore, of Cave Springs, Arkansas; five grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
A Memorial/Celebration of Life Service will be Thursday, July 15, 2021 from 1:00 o'clock p.m. until 4:00 o'clock p.m. at the Jones Center, 922 E. Emma Avenue, Springdale, Arkansas 72764. All friends are welcome to attend and any food, flowers or donations are welcome. If unable to attend the service, any contributions may be sent to Jaah Reeves, 4200 S. Turner Street, Springdale, Arkansas 72762. Burial will be at a later date at the Fayetteville National Cemetery. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home, 3926 Willowood Avenue, Springdale, Arkansas, 72762. No visitation is scheduled.
