Janie Faye Shoemaker-Parker passed away Monday September 9th 2019. She was born August 12th 1961 in Bevier, MO to Wayne and Cora Lee Shoemaker. She was a woman of faith and believed we will all be together again. Mom was a kind loving woman. She loved being outside to enjoy the sunshine, traveling, and visiting new places. Mom always wanted to learn new things and appreciated every moment life had to offer. She will be missed dearly. Janie also loved her work family at the Washington County Road Department. They meant so much to her, as well.  She was loved by so many more and cared for every one of them, those "adopted" by mom. You know who you are!

Survivors include her daughter, Amanda Gardner; sons: Jeremy Heminger, Tim Heminger, and Joe Gardner; brother, Mark Shoemaker; and sisters, Rebecca Sanford, Kelly Davis, and Kimberly Shoemaker; grandchildren, Austin and Katelyn Gardner.

A service to celebrate the life of this amazing woman will be held at the West Fork Community Center on Saturday, September 14th at 11:00am with a potluck to follow. Family request that any memorials, condolences, or flowers be brought to her service or sent to 814 Prairie Oaks Dr, Prairie Grove, AR 72753. Services entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Springdale
