Janet Loraine Lyman, 87-year-old resident of Elm Springs, Arkansas passed away on July 4, 2025. She was born October 14, 1937 in Lamar, Colorado to the late George and Wanda Tucker. Janet was a good Christian woman, who was family oriented. Janet was one of 8 children, and was very close to her family throughout her life. She enjoyed spending time with all of her family. She and her sisters enjoyed board games.  She married Vanda Lyman on October 21, 1956 in Las Animas, Colorado. Vanda and Janet had a second home in Colorado and got to visit family often. She enjoyed watching the sunsets and the outdoors. Her smile could light up the room, and often did. Janet was appreciated by her neighbors, and she enjoyed playing bridge with her friends. She enjoyed the quiet moments in life, such as sitting down to put together a jigsaw puzzle. Janet was preceded in death by her daughter, Kimberlynn Phipps.

Janet is survived by her husband, Vanda Lyman, of Elm Springs, Arkansas; sons, Curtis Lyman of Sherwood, Arkansas, Mike Lyman and his wife, Cindy, of Tontitown, Arkansas; 4 grandchildren, Norris Lyman and his wife, Rosa, of North Little Rock, Arkansas, Brianna Riccardi and her husband, T.J. of Westminster, Colorado, Michael Lyman of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Ashley Lyman and her husband, Gwanghoon, of Seoul, South Korea; and 4 great-grandchildren.
