James Matthew "Matt" Hill, 51, of Springdale passed away on April 7, 2025 peacefully at his home. Matt was born on October 30, 1973 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Matt was preceded in death by his true love, Karen Hill. Matt enjoyed life, bowling, the outdoors, cooking a good meal, and attending his grandchildren's adventures. If you knew Matt then you knew what a genuine smile looked like and the warmth of an unconditional friendship. He had a simple soul that stretched out to many. Matt was a devoted husband and will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his father Charlie Hill of Anderson, Missouri; his mother Paula Rasmussen and husband Dennis of Bentonville; two brothers Wes Hill and wife Jennifer of Springdale; Scott Hill and wife Jamie of Springdale; two stepdaughters Ashley Johnson and husband Mike of Elkins; Danyeill Stewart and husband Mason of Prairie Grove; 6 nephews and 4 grandchildren along with many others Matt loved through friends, family, and bowling.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, April 10, 2025, in the Chapel of Memorial Funeral Home, 3926 Willowood Avenue, Springdale, Arkansas 72762. Pastor Norman Ross JR., will officiate. Burial will follow in Bluff Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, April 10, 2025, 1 p.m. till service time at Memorial Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Sean Hill, Jessie Hill, Chance Hill, Logan Farber, Bentley Stewart, Prestyn Stewart
