Jackie Louise Whitfield, 91, of Springdale, Arkansas went to be with the Lord November 30, 2023 in Springdale.  She was born April 30, 1932, in Burkburnett, Texas, the daughter of the late John William and Dollie Biddle Self.  She attended the Church of The Nazarene in Bethel Heights.  She enjoyed quilting, cooking, sewing and spending time with her family.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded by her husband, Lawrence Whitfield and one grandson, Brandon Crownover.

She is survived by one son, Lawrence (Skeet) Whitfield and Ellen of Oregon; two daughters:  Cynthia (C.J.) Davis of Santa Barbara, California and Robin Whitfield of Springdale, Arkansas; one brother, John Self; and five grandchildren: Ben Whitfield, Sam Whitfield, David Hoffeld, Jennifer Hoffeld and Marc Miller.

Private burial will be in White Oak Cemetery under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home, 3926 Willowood Avenue, Springdale, Arkansas 72762.  No visitation is scheduled.
