Harold Glenn Blake, 91 of Fayetteville died Thursday, November 14, 2024. He was born February 15, 1933 in Fayetteville, Arkansas the son of Perry Blake and Lou Austin Blake. He was employed by the city of Fayetteville as an equipment operator with the water department for 29 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Leroy Blake, 3 sisters, Inez Standard, Evelyn Spears, Thelma Lierly, daughter, Debbie Pennington and a grandson, Austin Blake. He was a veteran that severed in the US Army during the Korean Conflict.
Survivors include his sons, Jackie Blake and wife, Cathy, Justin Blake and wife, Misty; daughter, Patty Powell; son in law, Butch Pennington; 13 grandchildren, Chris Powell, Angie Fushi, Aftin Blake, Heather Brawner, Megan Boliver, Mirissa Clark, Jacy Blake, Angel Center, Kelsey Miller, Allison Blake, James Carlyle, Scott Smith, Matt Smith and 18 Great Grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 1:30PM, Thursday, November 21, 2024 at National Cemetery in Fayetteville, Arkansas with Brother Euel Bilderback officiating. Services were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home in Springdale.
