Gertie Faye Whittle, 69 of Springdale, Arkansas died Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at her home. She was born June 3, 1952 in Salem, Missouri the daughter of James F. and Melba M. Kelley Chitwood.

Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Billy Whittle of the home; 3 daughters, Kristie King of Gentry, Arkansas, Sheila Whittle of Springdale, Arkansas, Jody Zimmerman of Centerton, Arkansas; brother, Bill Chitwood of Missouri and 3 grandchildren.

Graveside service will be 10:00AM, Saturday, August 28, 2021 at Sonora Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7PM on Friday, August 27, 2021 at Memorial Funeral Home, 3926 Willowood Avenue, Springdale.
