March 27, 1941 – August 24, 2021
George Sterling Nall, 80, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord August 24, 2021. He was born March 27, 1941 in Quinlan, Texas, the son of the late Benjamin Rufus and Willie Belle Foster Nall. George was a retired meat cutter and also a retired home builder. He was a previous member of Brush Creek Baptist Church and a current member of Living Hope Church. He enjoyed fishing, camping, reading, feeding the birds and most of all he loved his family and spending time with them. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles and Leon and a sister, Wilma.
George is survived by his wife of 60 years, Evalena Nall of the home; one son, George Kevin Nall and wife Tammie of Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Five daughters, Donna Parker and husband John of Tontitown, Arkansas, Darla Canup and husband Larry of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, Carla Benton and husband Mike of Yuba City, California, Tracie McCoy and husband Terry of Springfield, Missouri, Angie Eagle and husband Bud of Peavine, Oklahoma; brothers, Bo Nall of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, Larry Nall and wife Paula of Springdale, Arkansas; sister, Dena Thorton of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; eighteen grandchildren, twenty five great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Graveside services will be at 10:00 A.M., Friday, August 27, 2021 at Yell Cemetery in Siloam Springs, Arkansas with Pastor Greg Baskin officiating, under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home 3926 Willowood Avenue, Springdale, Arkansas 72762, Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until service time at the cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be grandchildren: Luke Beckford, Brandon Glaunert, Zach Nall, Nathan Nall, Tychus McCoy, Jesse Colton Canup and Grayson McCoy In honor of George, pocket T's and blue jeans would be appropriate attire. The family request that memorials be made to: Build the building fund, Orchard View Baptist Church, P.O. Box 97 Colcord, Oklahoma 74338.
