Frances Lee Collins Baker, 83, of Rogers, Arkansas, passed away January 22, 2020 in Rogers where she had lived since 1966. She was born September 16, 1936, in Springdale, Arkansas, the daughter of the late George S. Collins and Ella Nancy Sims Collins. She attended the Baptist church and was a homemaker. She was preceded by husbands, J.C. Carnes and Bobby W. Baker, three brothers and four sisters.

Mrs. Baker is survived by three sons: Bill Baker of Rogers, Arkansas, Rick Baker of Norman, Oklahoma and Randy Baker of Pea Ridge, Arkansas; one sister, Wanda Collins Patton; one grandchild, Jessica Baker.

Graveside service will be at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, January 25, 2020, at Elm Springs Cemetery with Pastor John W. Atkins officiating, under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home, 3926 Willowood Avenue, Springdale, Arkansas 72762. Visitation will be Friday, January 24, 2020 from 10:00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M. in the chapel of Memorial Funeral Home.
