Ellen June Stamps passed away September 13, 2026 in Springdale, Arkansas. She was born June 28, 1944 in Wichita, Kansas to the late Vernon and Pearl Walker. In 1961, Ellen met the love of her life, Clyde. Just six months later, they were married, beginning a life together that would be rooted in love, hard work, and family. They raised three children and created a close-knit, loving home. On July 4, 1972, they moved onto their family farm. On Saturdays, they would drop the kids off at the roller rink and go have dinner together. Sundays, the family would take the day off and go camping and fishing, sometimes just out for a picnic. Ellen always enjoyed spending time in nature, but she also enjoyed going to the flea markets. She was always on the hunt for those hidden treasures, such as her McCoy pottery collection. In her free time, Ellen enjoyed painting ceramics, or getting out her oil paints to bring a farm scene to life. Ellen took care of her home, raising three children, many grandchildren, and she worked as a nurse. Taking care of others always came naturally to Ellen. She was preceded in death by her husband Clyde on April 25, 2025; her sister, Sharon Jo Hubbard; and brother, Richard A. Walker.

Ellen is survived by her children, Tamera Henry and her husband, Kenneth, of Lowell, Arkansas, Ricky Olen Stamps of Springdale, Arkansas, Christy Phipps and her husband, Eugene, of Hindsville, Arkansas; grandchildren, Jennifer Boyd and her husband, John, of Goshen, Dusty "DO" Overton-Henry and his wife, Megan, of Lowell, Michael Vetetoe and his wife ,Emily, of Hawaii, Lynzie Makie of Tontitown, Mark Henry and his wife ,Christi, of Huntsville, Jared Henry and his wife, Jennifer, of Hindsville, Nathan Henry and his wife ,Sarah, of Hindsville, Keith Henry and his wife ,Beth, of Green Forest, Jay Phipps and his wife ,Krista, of Anna, TX, Josie Vaughn and her husband ,Byron, of Farmington; many great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; nephew, Glen Allan Walker and his wife, Tina, of Watts, Oklahoma; and many other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
