Obituary
Edith Catherine "Cathy" Merriman, 93 of Elkins, Arkansas passed away June 06, 2017. She was born August 18, 1923 in Sioux City, Iowa, the daughter of the late S. Vern and Nettie Cain Moore. She worked as a cook for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Merriman and one son, James Merriman.
She is survived by three sons; Lawrence Merriman and his spouse, Sarah of Lincoln, Nebraska, Gerald Merriman and his spouse, Vicky of Sioux City, Iowa and Michael Merriman of Grand Junction, Colorado. Two daughters; Mary Mathias and her spouse, Thomas of Elkins, Arkansas and Janene Ulmer and her spouse, Gina of Elkins, Arkansas. Twelve grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home.
