Donald Wayne Moore, age 75, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord June 5, 2019 at Willard Walker Hospice House. He was born February 1, 1944, in Duncan, Oklahoma, the son of Delbert and Lois Clark Moore. He was a maintenance worker for Pam Trucking Company. He enjoyed playing ball, working outside, fishing and loved his family.

Mr. Moore is survived by his wife, Indamae Moore, and a daughter, Amanda Moore, of the home; one brother and three sisters.

Graveside services will be Monday, June 10, 2019, at 10:00 A.M., at Elm Springs Cemetery, with Rev. Mike Martin officiating under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home, 3926 Willowood Avenue, Springdale, Arkansas 72762. Visitation will be Sunday, June 9, 2019, from 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
