Debra Louise Olsen, 68, of Grave, Oklahoma, passed away March 25, 2021. She was born September 11, 1952 in Watsonville, California. She was preceded in death by her siblings; Robert Bellamy, Brenda Bellamy, Harold Ray Bellamy and step brothers, John Smith and Jimmy Smith.

She is survived by her husband, Doug Olsen. Her mother and step father, Raylene and James Smith; daughter, Jennifer Salas, sister, Christy Farrington; step sister, Desi Keel and her grandsons, Bryce and Michael Salas.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 A.M., Monday, April 5, 2021 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home, 3926 Willowood Avenue, Springdale, Arkansas 72762.
