David Ray Crutchfield, 67, of Lowell, Arkansas, passed away May 19, 2022 in Springdale, Arkansas.  He was born June 16, 1954 in Nashville, Tennessee, the son of David and Shirley Allen Crutchfield.  He had worked as a Level 4 Water Technician for the City of Tontitown, had served in the United States Army and was of the Baptist faith.  He was an avid hunter, a Harley Davidson enthusiast, and loved to play chess, poker and cribbage. He is preceded by his father and one sister, Judy Ann Crutchfield.   "Ray lived – He loved – and He was loved".

He is survived by his mother, Shirley Hill; one son, Michael Ray Crutchfield; four sisters: Sherry Hunter and Roger, Lei Hill and Rena; Patty Worley and Rocky and Joy Humpreys; one grandson, Landon Ray Crutchfield; one granddaughter, Lexi Crutchfield and many nephews and nieces.

A Memorial Service will be June 3, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel of Memorial Funeral Home, 3926 Willowood Avenue, Springdale, Arkansas 72762.  Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until service time. Private entombment will be in National Cemetery.
