Darrel Allen Worth, age 65, of Springdale, Arkansas, formerly of Lake, Michigan passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2017 at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. He was born September 2, 1952 in Lake, Michigan to Melva Jo and Robert Worth. He graduated from Chippewa Hills High School in 1970 and went on to graduate from Central Michigan University in 1974 with a Bachelor of Science. He later obtained an associate's degree in accounting from Mid- Michigan Community College in 1993. Darrel was married to Connie Hoover on June 10, 1975. He worked as an accountant. He had a passion for painting, woodworking, and gardening. He is preceded in death by a daughter, Christina, and father, Robert. He is survived by Connie Worth of the home, mother Melva Jo (Amos) Hudson of Arizona, daughter Abigail (Jeremy) Freeman of Arkansas, brother Mike (Penny) Worth of Weidman and sisters Bobbie (Richard) Gott of Clare, Pam Pierce of Lake, and Lynn Campbell of Shepherd, as well as several niece and nephews. Darrel also had six grandchildren: Zoe, Joshua, James, A.J., Crimson, and Clover. Memorial services will be held February 10th at 2 p.m. in the Frank Wenzel Community Center in West Fork, Arkansas.
