Darlean Lois Rust, 85 of Springdale, went to be with the Lord August 28, 2018. She was born October 04, 1932 in Wabannsee, Kansas, the daughter of the late Clyde and Lillian Gustin Hilbish. She was a homemaker and had spent many years as owner and operator of many Gas Stations. She loved spending time with her family. Darlean is preceded in death by her husband, William Rust; sons, Albert R. Rust and Eddie L. Rust; brother, Ralph Hilbish; sister, Donis Jewett; son-in-law, Phillip Scranton; one grandson and two great granddaughters.

Survivors include her son, Howard Rust and wife Marvena of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; daughters, Rose Scranton of Elkins, Arkansas and Tena Watson and husband Kimmy of Huntsville, Arkansas; daughters-in-law, Karen Rust of Pea Ridge, Arkansas, and Cheryl Rust of Rogers, Arkansas; sister, Leanna Geurin of Texas; 21 grandchildren, 60 great grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and many other family members and friends. The family would like to give special thanks to the workers at Meadowview Health and Rehab in Huntsville and Washington Regional Hospice.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 A.M. Friday, August 31, 2018 in the Chapel of Memorial Funeral Home 3926 Willowood Avenue, Springdale, Arkansas 72762 with Howard Rust officiating. Burial will follow in Zion Cemetery in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be David Rust, Bobby Wray Rust, Lee Graham, Christopher Rust, Jason Peavler and Bobby Joe Rust. Honorary pallbearers will be Darrell Rust, Kimmy Watson, Chad Ham, Brian Reed, Cory Beavers and Toby Beavers.
