Connie Logue Mounce Watkins, 78 of Springdale, Arkansas went to be with the Lord April 30, 2024 in Springdale, Arkansas.  She was born August 26, 1945, in Springdale, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Calvin and Wilma Laird Logue.  She was of the Baptist faith and had worked in the distribution department of the Springdale Morning News.  She enjoyed cooking, gardening, sewing, dancing and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded by her husband, Curtis Watkins, Sr.; one sister, Linda Chism and two great grandchildren.

She is survived by two sons: Curtis Watkins, Jr. and Pat of Kingston, Arkansas and Roger Watkins and Cindy of Springdale, Arkansas; two daughters: Sonya Watkins of Springdale, Arkansas and Tonya Porter of Rogers, Arkansas; two brothers: Wayne Logue of Fort Smith, Arkansas and Fred Logue and Sharlene of Springdale, Arkansas; one sister, Carolyn Hitchcock and Troyce of Springdale, Arkansas; thirteen grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren.
