Clyde Farrell Christian, 78 of Springdale, Arkansas, passed away March 04, 2023 at his home.  He was born September 10, 1944, in his grandmother's home in Greenwood, Arkansas.  He was the son of Nolan Christian and Ilene Hughart Christian.  He was a member and regular attendee of Calvary Free Will Baptist in Springdale.  He was a Structural Steel Draftsman for NWA Steel for 50 years and would also do free-lance work on occasion.  His work was respected by all.  When he wasn't working, you would find him in his yard picking dandelions, sticks and rocks or just relaxing with a cup of coffee on the porch.  He loved being outdoors. Clyde is preceded in death by his parents.

Clyde is survived by his wife Sharon of almost 50 years; his two daughters, Amy Bowing and husband John of Lowell, Arkansas, Tiffany Ridenoure of Springdale, Arkansas, his "adopted son" Steve Mitchell of Springdale, Arkansas; his sister, Gail Riley and husband Dan of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.  He has seven grandchildren and soon to be four great-grandchildren along with cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Services will be at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at Calvary Free Will Baptist in Springdale, Arkansas with the Reverend Clark Snow and Reverend Rick Scott officiating.
