IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Charles Eugene
Clark
June 24, 1943 – September 30, 2022
Charles Eugene Clark, of Stark City, Missouri, left this world to be with his Lord on September 30,2022, at the age of 79. Gene (as he was known to many) was born on June 24,1943, in Boxley Arkansas on the Buffalo river, to Henry and Rosa Clark, who preceded him in death. Survivors include one brother, Don Clark and wife Jane of Stark City Missouri, one sister, Barbara Canoy and husband Bill of Fairview Missouri, a nephew Donald Ray Clark and wife Lanita of Lowell Arkansas and a host of cousins.
Gene was born during World War II and his dad, Henry left to fight in the war a few days after Gene was born, not being able to return till the war ended in 1945. In Gene's first 2 years he had a lot of illness and having no car, his mother had to catch the mail truck to travel 31 miles to Harrison to see a doctor. In 1947 the family moved from Boxley to Springdale where Gene worked at Tyson Foods for 29 years. In 1991 the family moved to Stark City Missouri where Gene and his brother Don became partners in a breeder hen production for Tysons for 25 years. After Gene retired from the chicken houses he spent time in the garden with his mother. Gene loved his bluegrass and country music and we can still hear Henry saying, "TURN THAT DOWN". Gene was saved and baptized at a young age and left this world to be with his Lord and savior just as sweet and pleasant as he always was.
