Charles Wade Beard, 85 of Tontitown, went to be with the Lord on December 5, 2017.
He was born December 14, 1931 in Lowell, Arkansas the son of Grover and Beulah Jones Beard. He had served in the United States Army and was of the Baptist faith. He was a retired truck driver for Jones Truck Line and was a member of the Teamsters Union. He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Sonja Kay Beard and two brothers: Richard Beard and J.T. Beard.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Ann Beard, one daughter, Brenda Beard Logue and Steve Graham of Tontitown. Two sons: Randy Wade Beard and Cherie of Bella Vista and Chris Beard and Heidi of Wedington. One brother, Derrel Beard and Ruth of Springdale; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Thursday December 7, 2017 in the Chapel of Memorial Funeral Home 3926 Willowood Avenue Springdale, Arkansas 72762. Graveside services will be held at 12:00 P.M. Friday December 8, 2017 at Spring Creek Cemetery in Springdale with Reverend Randall Galloway officiating under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home.
