IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Carole Marlene
Mccormack
December 24, 1935 – February 12, 2025
Carole 'Marlene' McCormack, 89 year-old resident of Springdale, Arkansas, passed away on February 12, 2025. She was born to the late Nina Lucille and Gordon Casey, on December 24, 1935, in Independence, Kansas. Marlene met Darrell McCormack, while roller skating with friends. They were married on October 29, 1955. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and devotion. A woman of deep faith, Marlene lived her life for God and her family. Marlene had a knack for business and a creative spirit. She enjoyed painting and crafting projects alongside her husband, Darrell. Whether playing cards with friends or sharing laughter with loved ones, her joy was contagious. She loved cooking for her family, and every meal she made was filled with warmth and love. Her daughters fondly remember each dish, especially her meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and green beans. Though she was baptized as a child, she chose to be baptized again later in life as a renewed declaration of her faith. Marlene is preceded in death by her husband; parents; granddaughter, Meagan Lee; and grandmother, Lula Jane Scott.
She is survived by daughters, Darla McCormack of Springdale, Arkansas, Sandra 'Sandy' Dresher and her husband, Robert, of Springdale, Arkansas; granddaughter, Britney Queen; great-grandchildren, Madison Lee, Parker Lee, Jayden Queen; brother, Gordan 'Sonny' Casey Jr. and his wife, Barbara, of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and many other nieces, nephews, friends, and loved ones.
Marlene's legacy of love, faith, and laughter will live on in the hearts of those who knew her. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered.
