Barbara Carter, age 67 of Springdale, a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 19, 2025, in the comfort of her home surrounded by family and friends. She was born on July 8, 1958. Barbara was known for her unwavering love and dedication to her family. She found joy in life's simple moments and created a home filled with warmth, laughter, and care. Her happiest times were spent with her children and grandchildren, who lovingly called her "Mimi." To them, she was more than a grandmother, she was their safe place, their biggest supporter, and their constant source of love. Barbara was a faithful member of Apostolic Life Church, where she built lifelong friendships and became a "second mom" and grandmother to many. She loved nothing more than spending time with her church family-laughing, talking, and sharing life together.

She is survived by her three children, Debbie Carter, Susie Carter, and Michael (Meg) Carter; five grandchildren, who were her pride and joy: Alyson, Rhett, Landon, Urijah, and Finley. Her legacy of faith, kindness, and compassion will continue to live on through them.

A Celebration of Life will 2:00 p.m., September 6, 2025 at Apostolic Life Church 2320 W Huntsville, Springdale, Arkansas. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Springdale.
