Anthony Allen Forsythe, 56 of Rogers went to be with his Lord Saturday, February 17, 2018.

He was born in Bend Oregon on March 25, 1961 to Benjamin and Geraldine (Miller) Forsythe. He was preceded in death by his father Ben, his grandparents Alma and Harland Forsythe, his grandmother Grace Miller and sister, Tammi.

Tony is survived by his wife of 35 years, Dee Dee Myers Forsythe, his mother, Geraldine Forsythe, brothers Mike and Ron Jacobs, his brother-in-law James Myers (JR), and sisters-in-law Frances Cheryl Myers Gresham and Cheryl Sue Choate. Tony was Uncle to 28 nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Shriner Clown, and never met a stranger. Tony was always there for anyone needing help.

A five year heart transplant survivor, the legacy of love he gave freely to everyone will be remembered for a lifetime. We miss him dearly.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2018, 10:00 a.m. at Memorial Funeral Home, Pastor Terry Simmons Jr officiating.
