Anita Mae Marlin, 82, of Springdale, Arkansas went to be with the Lord June 23, 2018. She was born November 22, 1935 in Marshall, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Albert and Grace Horton Stills. She attended the Apostolic Life Church in Springdale and was a retired cook for the Springdale Public Schools. Anita was preceded in death by one son, Harold Wayne Marlin and her brothers and sisters.

Anita is survived by her husband, Harold Preston Marlin of the home; son, James Marlin and wife Linda of Lowell, Arkansas; grandchildren, Melinda Marlin, Amanda Marlin and James M. Marlin and one great grandchild, Lucky Marlin.

Funeral services will be Friday at 11:00 A.M. June 29, 2018 in the Chapel of Memorial Funeral Home, 3926 Willowood Avenue Springdale, Arkansas 72762 with Pastor Tom Singles officiating. Burial will follow in Elm Springs Cemetery under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Ricky Peacy, Joel Treat, Mason Lott, Jeff Netherton, Dennis Wells and James M. Marlin
