Alzina Beth Cruse, 55, of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, passed away November 04, 2020. She was born August 30, 1965 in Huntsville, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Robert Marvin and Eunice Hale Johnson. She was of the Mormon faith and was a wonderful mother. Her children and grandchildren were her life. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Danny Johnson, Ruben Johnson; sisters, Sharon Sue Johnson and Sylvia Webb.

Alzina is survived by her children; Jason Tyler Day, Andrea Celia Day and Cortin Sarah Elizabeth Galicia all of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; sisters, Marva Jean Villines of Durham, Arkansas, Sybil Cherice Johnson of Basehor, Kansas and twelve grandchildren.

A Memorial service will be at 2:00 pm on Sunday, November 15, 2020 at Grace Covenant Church, 18837 E. Holt Road, Lincoln, Arkansas with Ricky Koonz officiating. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home 3926 Willowood Avenue, Springdale, Arkansas 72762.
