Alan Scott McKenzie, 71 of Bentonville, went to be with the Lord on November 5, 2016. He was born May 3, 1945 in California. He was a member of the Lakeview Baptist Church in Cave Springs. He was a retired machinist from Pratt and Whitney and he loved Fishing and the outdoors. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lyle and Gladys Alan and one brother, Charles Alan.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Lorene McKenzie of the home.
Two sons: James Hall of Rogers, Arkansas and Heath Hall of Bentonville, Arkansas. One daughter, Leann Burton of Springdale. One brother, Lynn McKenzie of Bella Vista. Seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, November 10, 2016 in the Chapel of Memorial Funeral Home, 3926 Willowood Avenue Springdale, Arkansas 72762. Funeral services will be at 10:00 A.M. Friday November 11, 2016 at Lakeview Baptist Church, 1531 Lowell Avenue, Cave Springs, Arkansas 72718 with Reverend Johnny Harp Officiating under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Morris Cemetery in Hindsville. Pallbearers will be James Hall, Heath Hall, Bobby Rice, Jeffery Rice, Kenny Laramore and Isaac Hall.
